KEPROBA GRADE 9 – V/NO. 16/2023
Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities of the driver will entail: –
Ensuring the safe transportation of the Agency’s personnel and/or goods from source to destination as per instructions;
Detect and report malfunctioning vehicles system;
Keeping a record of the vehicle’s movement through the “Work Ticket”.
Monitoring and reporting the vehicle service and insurance schedule.
Ensuring cleanliness of the Agency’s vehicles.
Reporting incidents and accidents as soon as they occur as per the policy.
Ensuring adherence to or observations of traffic laws.
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have at least: –
KCSE D or its equivalent;
Have passed the Occupational Test III for drivers ;
Minimum four (4) years’ driving experience (Class B,C,E);
Valid driving license;
Have attended First Aid Course;
Meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya.

Kenya Revenue Authority (Tax Compliance Certificate)
Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC Clearance)
Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Certificate of Good conduct)
Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
