Have a Diploma course in community organization from recognized institution
Have graduated not earlier than year 2017;
Be proficient in computer skills; and
Be energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Job Description
Job Purpose
Coordinating sports programmes from the counties and identifying talents.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
In charge of the management of community centre
Identifying, nurturing and developing talents among the youth.
Responsible for organizing developmental youth activities
In charge of all physical assets and inventory in the centre
Ensuring booked activities/functions follow the laid down procedures
Initiates Works Requisitions for repairs and maintenance of recreational facilities
Advise the community on County operations/policies
Liaises with other stakeholders both internally and externally.
Community Mobilization
Handling intra-group conflicts
Responsible for group formation, registration and strengthening of existing groups.
