Pursuant to Article 235 of Constitution of Kenya 2010, and section 44 of the County Government’s (Amendment) Act 2020, as well as section 58 of the County Government Act 2012, the County selection panel wishes to consider applications from suitably qualified, result oriented and motivated persons for appointment to the following positions:
SUB COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE’S COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO THE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS CONTROL COMMITTEE.
PERSUANT TO PART II SECTION 4(1) (h) of the Homa Bay County Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2015. Homa Bay County Government Department of Trade, Industry,Tourism,Cooperatives and marketing, invites qualified residents of the County to apply for the positions of Sub County representative’s committee members to the Alcoholic Drinks Control committee.
To be appointed as a member of the committee one must:
- Be a residence in one of the eight Sub Counties of Homa Bay County
- Be 18 years and above
- Be a person with integrity and in compliance with the requirements of chapter six of the constitution.
